    • Items marked “final sale”

  • You must provide a parcel opening video as proof to initiate the return or exchange.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

1.3 Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original, resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • You must provide a parcel opening video as proof to initiate the return or exchange.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at info@ladyclout.com or call +91-85569-10200 to arrange the exchange.
  • For exchanges, you may be responsible for covering the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Shipping for Returns

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Lady Clout is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
