• How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 days from the date of placing the order, depending on your location.

Delivering at an exact time depends on the courier service and their schedule. The delivery agent will call you upon arrival, and you can coordinate with them directly. If you’re unavailable, you can email us your availability, and we’ll try to assist.

• Can I return my order if I don’t like it?

Yes, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange policy. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and the product must be unused.

Refunds are available for prepaid orders only. We will transfer the amount back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery/Pay on Delivery orders, we can only issue store credits.
